Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before shipment.

No orders will be shipped until full payment has been received.

We do not offer credit, payment plans, or post shipment payment terms.

2. Custom Manufacturing

All products are custom made according to the specifications approved by the client.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all mockups, measurements, artwork, colors, and production details before production begins.

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or returns will be accepted once production has started.

Deposits are non refundable after production commencement.

4. Product Variations

• Color shades
• Fabric texture
• Garment measurements
• Print placement
• Embroidery placement
• Wash effects and finishing details

Such variations are considered normal within the apparel manufacturing industry and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

5. Production Timeline

Production timelines provided by CLOTHING BY XINON are estimates only.

Delays caused by material availability, public holidays, shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or events beyond our control may occur.

We are not liable for losses resulting from production or shipping delays.

6. Shipping & Customs

Shipping arrangements will be handled according to the agreement made with the customer at the time of order confirmation.

Where shipping services are included by CLOTHING BY XINON, we will arrange shipment through our preferred carrier.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or additional fees imposed by the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

CLOTHING BY XINON is not liable for delays, inspections, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control once goods have been dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, graphics, or designs, the customer confirms that they own or have permission to use such materials.

CLOTHING BY XINON is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer supplied content.

8. Quality Control

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment.

Claims regarding manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear photographs and documentation.

9. Prohibited Designs

CLOTHING BY XINON reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or conflicts with our company policies and values.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited solely to the value of the order placed with CLOTHING BY XINON.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business related losses arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our products.
